The Filofusion logo was envisioned and created by Betty Soldi, a wordsmith, calligrapher, designer, and creative thinker known for her poetic, emotionally resonant visual language.
Coming from a Florentine family of artisans who have been crafting fireworks since 1869, Betty brings a rich heritage of craftsmanship to every stroke. Her distinctive calligraphic style weaves together tradition and contemporary sensibility—making her the perfect creative voice for Filofusion.
The logo embodies the fusion of yarn, philosophy, and culture, reflecting the core concept of Filofusion: connecting materials and meaning, heritage and innovation, people and purpose.
It is not just a visual identity—it is a symbolic thread that ties together fashion, culture, and thought in a single gesture of elegance and intention.

AI KNIT FASHION DESIGN
Motohiro Tanji – Knit Designer (Japan)
In 2013, Motohiro Tanji launched his brand Motohiro Tanji and has since presented numerous original knit structures. Not a technician but a designer, he draws on his experience in knit development in the UK to create innovative knitwear with a unique perspective.
Since 2015, he has been running knitting classes, sharing creativity with people interested in knitwear. Today, he is taking a further step forward with a new project: transforming AI-generated designs into actual outfits. This initiative bridges digital creativity and physical craftsmanship, offering professionals a new and practical approach.
Filofusion is proud to collaborate with Motohiro Tanji in this ambitious project, paving the way for the future of knitwear and fashion design.
